ALEJANDRO ASTOLA · “MI GUITARRA Y YO 2.0”

Alejandro Astola will perform at the Plaza de Toros de Málaga as part of the 101 Music Festival Costa del Sol, presenting his new tour “Mi guitarra y yo 2.0”.

Founder of Fondo Flamenco and later a member of Astola y Ratón, Alejandro Astola is embarking on a new solo chapter that returns to the essence with which he began writing songs: his guitar, his lyrics and a highly personal way of telling stories.

With close to 25 years’ experience as a composer, Astola began writing songs at just 12 years old. Since then he has built an extensive career that includes 13 albums released with Fondo Flamenco and Astola y Ratón, as well as numerous other projects and compositions.

His music has explored different styles without losing an identity deeply rooted in his origins and in his way of understanding the song. Now, after all that journey, the Seville-born artist returns to the starting point and opens a new chapter under his own name.

“Mi guitarra y yo 2.0” represents that return to the essential: songs written from creative freedom, without artifice and with the guitar as travelling companion.

Alejandro Astola will bring this new live show to the Plaza de Toros de Málaga, as one of the dates of the next edition of the 101 Music Festival Costa del Sol.

A concert that is part of the 101 Music Festival Costa del Sol 2027. Event organised by Grupo Mundo, with the support of Turismo Costa del Sol, which consolidates Málaga city as one of the reference points for live music.
