Capullo de Jerez

Capullo de Jerez performs on the stage of Teatro Los Remedios as part of Seville's musical programming.

Capullo de Jerez is a representative figure of traditional flamenco singing, linked to the purest currents of Gypsy cante from Jerez de la Frontera. His artistic career has developed by performing fundamental palos such as the seguiriya, bulería and fandango, maintaining a direct style rooted in Andalusian flamenco circuits.

In his live show, Capullo de Jerez performs a classic repertoire based on cantes de compás, usually accompanied by the flamenco guitar and handclaps that mark the traditional rhythm. This artistic proposal is aimed at fans of classic flamenco and those seeking the traditional forms of cante.

El Teatro Los Remedios is the cultural venue in Seville that hosts this show, scheduled as part of its concert and performing arts agenda.
