90s SEGA Retro Gaming Bottomless Brunch

A retro gaming brunch at Aquum in Clapham, where guests play classic 8-bit to 128-bit titles from the Sega, Nintendo, Sony and Sega Saturn consoles alongside a brunch menu and a bottomless drinks option.

The outing combines open gaming with a brunch. Guests play titles from the 1980s and 1990s on consoles including the SEGA Mega Drive, Master System, Super Nintendo, SEGA Saturn, PlayStation and Dreamcast, and the listing names games such as Sonic 2, Mortal Kombat, Street Fighter II, Tetris and Daytona among many others. A Sonic speedrun competition with prizes is part of the programme, and the source mentions live DJs and friendly competitions.

The package is offered in several formats: general admission for retro gaming only, a brunch option that adds a dish with the gaming, and private group sessions for parties of up to 15 people, or a private area for 10 to 12 guests with a food and drinks package available as an extra. The brunch option includes a limited period of bottomless drinks, with prosecco, margaritas or martinis listed. Guests must be 18 or over with valid ID, and the dress code is casual.

The format suits groups of friends who want a relaxed daytime outing built around games and a meal. It takes place at Aquum, a leisure venue on Clapham High Street in south London.
