Affiliate disclosure
Last updated: 11 October 2026
TicketMundi is a listings guide to concerts, theatre, exhibitions and days out, paid for by affiliate links. We do not sell tickets ourselves: we link to the websites where you can book them. This page explains how the site is paid for, how we order events and what our prices mean.
1. How we make money
The site is free to use. It is funded by affiliate links, which are a form of advertising: when you click "Book" and then buy a ticket on the website of one of our partner sellers, that seller pays us a commission on the sale, through an affiliate programme (for example Impact for Fever and Ticketmaster, or Awin for Theatre Tickets Direct).
- No extra cost to you: the price you pay is exactly the same as if you went to the seller directly. The commission is paid by the seller, not by you.
- Only when a sale goes through: we are only paid if the purchase is completed. A refunded ticket cancels the commission.
-
Paid links are also marked as such for search engines, in the page code (
rel="sponsored").
2. How we order events
The order in which events appear depends on two kinds of factors:
- Affiliate relationships: events sold by our partner sellers can be shown higher up, because we earn a commission on them.
- Editorial criteria of our own: how popular an event or an artist is, the size of the venue and how soon the date is.
Promotions paid for by organisers
An organiser can pay for the card of their event to take a reserved place at the top of our lists for 7 days, 14 days or a month (offer for organisers). This promotion is framed:
-
the card and the event page carry the label “Sponsored”, and the “Book tickets” link of the
event page is marked
rel="sponsored"; - at most one card in six is sponsored, never two side by side, and only in the lists whose filter the event matches (section, genre, date): a promotion reserves a place, it does not raise the event's ranking;
- what artificial intelligence assistants read (our data feeds, structured data, sitemap) stays neutral: no sponsored placement there;
- every event listed or promoted by an organiser is checked before it goes online, against the charter set out in our terms of sale for organisers.
3. Our commercial relationships
We have paid affiliate agreements with ticket sellers and booking sites, including Fever, Ticketmaster, Theatre Tickets Direct, Tiqets, Viator and GetYourGuide. Other sellers we link to (venues, organisers selling direct, other platforms) pay us nothing: those events are listed because we think they interest our visitors.
4. Prices
Prices shown on TicketMundi are in pounds sterling and are "from" prices: the lowest ticket price we found at the seller when we last checked. Prices shown are the prices provided by the ticket seller; the final price is confirmed by the seller before you pay, and only the seller's price is binding.
5. Coverage and updates
- We do not list every event: our listings come from public event calendars and from the feeds of our partner sellers.
- Regular updates: dates, prices and availability are refreshed continuously, but they can change at short notice. Check the seller's page before you buy.
6. Who writes our content
We write our content (event descriptions, selections) ourselves, with the help of AI tools, from the facts given by our sources. A commercial partner has no right to review, change or remove it, and cannot buy a favourable write-up. This does not change the fact that we earn a commission on the bookings made through our partners' links (section 1).
