1. About these terms
These terms govern your access to and use of TicketMundi. TicketMundi is a listings guide to concerts, theatre, exhibitions and days out that helps you discover events and links to the official ticket sellers. These terms apply whenever you use the site; if you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

TicketMundi is the international site of the publisher of concerts.paris. The publisher is established in France and has no establishment in the United Kingdom.
3. Access to the service
The site is free to use. It is provided "as is", without any guarantee of continuous availability: access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or events beyond our control.
4. Using the site
You agree to use the site in good faith and not to:
- extract its content in bulk or systematically (scraping, copying the database) beyond fair dealing and the licences that apply;
- disrupt the site or attempt to compromise its security;
- reuse its design, edited content or trade marks without permission.
5. Accuracy of listings
Information (dates, times, prices, availability) is provided for guidance only, from open sources and our partners. It may contain errors or change. Only the official ticket seller is binding at the time of purchase.
Prices are "from" prices: the lowest price we found at the seller. Prices shown are the prices provided by the ticket seller; the final price is confirmed by the seller before you pay. Event descriptions are written with the help of AI tools, from the facts given by our sources: if you spot a mistake, please tell us.
6. Tickets and affiliate links
Tickets are bought exclusively on the third-party ticketing websites we link to. The sale, payment, delivery of tickets, cancellations and refunds are governed by each seller's own terms and conditions, not by TicketMundi.
Many of these links are affiliate links, a form of advertising: when you buy a ticket after clicking one, the seller pays us a commission, at no extra cost to you. See our affiliate disclosure. We are not responsible for the content of the websites we link to.
7. Intellectual property
The structure, design, edited texts and databases of the site are protected by copyright and by the database right. Posters, images and trade marks of concerts, artists and venues belong to their respective owners and are used for illustration and information, as a link to the events concerned.
8. Personal data and cookies
How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy and our cookie policy.
9. Liability
TicketMundi is not liable for loss arising from the use of the site, from information supplied by third parties, or from the cancellation, postponement or change of an event by its organiser. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under the law that applies to you.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may change at any time. The version that applies is the one published when you visit; the date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. If you live in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the United Kingdom where you live.
