Terms of sale for organisers

1. Who sells

The seller is Hestia Data, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €1,000, SIREN 980 986 319 (Paris Trade and Companies Register), EU VAT number FR 18 980 986 319, registered office at 29 boulevard Edgar Quinet, 75014 Paris, France, publisher of the TicketMundi website. Contact: contact@ticketmundi.com. See also our terms of use.

2. The offers and their prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and exclude VAT. No VAT is charged: the service is supplied to businesses, and under the reverse charge the customer accounts for any UK VAT due (section 8, VAT Act 1994); it is outside the scope of French VAT (article 259-1 of the French Tax Code). The total to pay is shown before payment.

A promotion lasts the number of days bought (7 days, 14 days, 30 days), from the first day chosen, and ends at the latest on the last date of the event. There is no pro rata when the last date of the event shortens the period bought: the exact period is shown before payment.

3. Order and payment

The organiser fills in everything needed for publication, then pays by card on the secure payment page of Stripe. We never see or keep the card number. The order is firm as soon as Stripe confirms the payment; the invoice is sent by email.

4. Checks and publication

Every listing is checked before publication by automated tools: complete information, dates to come, a venue in Greater London, a readable poster, and a review of the text and the poster by artificial intelligence against the charter below. The listing is published as soon as these checks pass; if one of them raises a doubt, our team reviews the order before publishing or declining it. The listing is published within 24 hours of payment. We may format and correct the description (spelling, length) without changing its meaning.

If we cannot publish the event, the order is declined, the reasons are sent by email and the amount paid is refunded in full to the card used, with nothing for the organiser to do.

5. What we turn down

TicketMundi is a cultural listings guide. We decline to publish or promote an event that does not meet one of these points:

A published listing found to be contrary to this charter (misleading information discovered later, an event cancelled without telling us…) may be removed. If it is removed before the end of a promotion for a reason that is not the organiser's fault, the unused part is refunded.

6. The promotion

7. Our commitment: a report with figures

At the end of the period (end of the promotion or, for a listing only, the day after the last date), we email the number of people who viewed the event page and the number of clicks on “Book tickets”, measured without cookies. This is our only commitment on results: we promise no volume of visits or sales, which depend on the event, its price and its ticketing.

8. The organiser's obligations

9. Business customers and right to cancel

The offer is reserved for businesses, charities and other organisations that organise events. By ordering, the buyer confirms that they are acting for the purposes of their trade, business or organisation, not as a consumer; the consumer right to cancel therefore does not apply. A declined order is still refunded in full.

10. Personal data

The organiser's contact and billing details are used only to process the order, send the invoice, the confirmation and the report, and meet accounting obligations (accounting records kept for 10 years). The automated check receives neither the contact nor the billing details, only the event listing. The details of the processing and of your rights are in our privacy policy; to exercise them: contact@ticketmundi.com.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a disagreement, we will first look for an amicable solution; failing that, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction, without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect consumers.
