This is a cooking workshop in which participants prepare pasta and tiramisu, led by Ilaria in a private home in Trastevere. Ilaria comes from a family of cooks spanning three generations: she began working at the stove at a very young age in the family restaurant and then completed her training at the Italian Chef Academy. Alongside the recipes, Ilaria shares the traditions and everyday habits associated with the dishes.

The group never exceeds eight people, which makes it possible to cook at a relaxed pace and ask questions throughout the preparation. Participants make the dishes themselves under Ilaria's guidance. The workshop is suitable for beginners, home cooks who enjoy cooking, couples, solo travellers and families with children.
