Overview

Take part in a practical fresh pasta cooking session in Rome, near the Pantheon and the Trevi Fountain, hosted in the spaces of PASTAMANIA.

This proposal consists of a culinary workshop session focused on the artisanal preparation of pasta, guided by instructors. During the activity, professional techniques are learned using flour and eggs to create various shapes such as ravioli, tortelli and fettuccine. At the end of the preparation, the dishes created are consumed, accompanied by two sauces and organic Tuscan wine sourced from the estate's cellar. A recipe book in English is also provided to take away.

The event is aimed at couples, groups of friends and visitors interested in sharing the preparation and tasting around a communal table. The experience takes place inside a historic building located in one of the central areas of the city.
