Rome Cooking Class 2 - in - 1 : Preparare insieme pasta fresca e tiramisù

Take part in a practical session designed to learn the secrets of fresh pasta and tiramisu in the company of a local chef.

This activity takes place in small groups at Rome with Chef and is designed for families, curious food lovers and visitors wishing to try their hand at preparing two classics of traditional Italian gastronomy. Under the guidance of an expert chef, participants knead, roll out and cut pasta by hand, creating fettuccine to be dressed with carbonara or cacio e pepe sauce, as well as making tiramisu using fresh ingredients.

During the session, the event includes moments dedicated to local culinary history, accompanied by drinks such as prosecco, wine, limoncello or non-alcoholic options. At the end of the preparation, participants sit down together to enjoy what they have made. The experience also includes receiving an e-book with the recipes so you can recreate the dishes at home.
