La Leyenda del Titanic

The most famous ocean liner in history docks in Málaga with La Leyenda del Titanic, La Exposición Inmersiva, the production by MAD Artes Digitales arriving at Espacio Sohrlin, in Málaga, on 8 October 2026.

Ninety minutes and five experiences on a single ticket to step aboard the most famous ocean liner in history and explore it from within, from its construction to the night of 14–15 April 1912. A single ticket gives access to all five experiences.

In the immersive room, more than 1,200 square metres of 360º projections accompany Arthur Callaghan and his daughter Elizabeth on their crossing to New York.

The metaverse room descends to the bottom of the Atlantic and brings the ship back to 1912, with the grand staircase and the Café Parisien. The virtual reality experience pays tribute to the orchestra that kept playing until the end.

Among the Spanish passengers on the Titanic was a woman from Málaga, Encarnación Reynaldo, and her story is part of the route.

The exhibition hall brings together original artefacts from the White Star Line and recreates the deep social divisions that marked the voyage, from the third-class cabins to the first-class saloons. Approximate running time: 90 minutes. Recommended age: from 5 years old.
