Coilguns

Coilguns at MOTH Club

Hailing from the Swiss DIY hardcore scene, Coilguns have crafted their own blend of punk and ecstatic noise-rock. As euphoric as they are uncompromising, their live shows have earned a reputation for being as welcoming to dancing freaks as to crowd-surfing weirdos.

The band's origins are deeply entwined with the development of guitarist Jona Nido's own label, Humus Records, which now has over 170 releases to its name from Swiss artists of all sonic persuasions. Initially an entirely self-produced endeavour, Coilguns recorded their fourth record in Norway with producer Scott Evans. Released in November 2024, the album became a cult hit, leading the band to play shows worldwide through 2025.

For their next record, they returned to Switzerland to record with Scott Evans (Thrice, La Dispute, Neurosis), with additional contributions from Ben Chisholm (Chelsea Wolfe, The Armed). The result is their blistering new record, Everything We Love, We Destroy, out November 6, 2026.

This will be your first chance to catch them playing the new record live in London. Don't miss out.
