Acerca de — El artista
Slift, stylized SLIFT, is a French rock band from Toulouse. It consists of brothers Jean (guitar, vocals, synthesizers) and Rémi Fossat (bass), along with their high school friend Canek Flores (drums). Since forming in 2016, the band has released three LPs, one EP, and several live sessions, in addition to touring internationally across Europe and North America.
The band is named after a character from the science fiction novel La Zone du Dehors by French author Alain Damasio. Science fiction references are fairly numerous, appearing in the artwork (Caza being a pillar of the genre in France), the names, or the lyrics of the songs.
