Burns Night Ceilidh & Party - Saturday

A Burns Night ceilidh and party held at Big Penny Social, a concert venue on Priestley Way in London. The session celebrates the Scottish poet Robert Burns with social dancing.

This outing is a ceilidh, a social gathering built around group dances from Scottish and Irish tradition, combined with a party. Burns Night marks the life and work of the poet Robert Burns, and this session brings that celebration into a dance-based format rather than a seated programme. Guests take part in the dancing with others, so the session suits people who want to join in rather than watch.

The event is hosted at Big Penny Social, a concert venue on Priestley Way in London. Its title refers to a Saturday session, and the offer is presented as a single outing with a set start and end. Groups of friends are a natural fit for a ceilidh, since the dances are performed together, and the Burns Night theme gives visitors passing through London a specific Scottish occasion to attend.

The page lists this as a party with dancing, so it is best suited to those who enjoy social dancing and group activities.
