Overview
A horse-drawn carriage ride through Bushy Park in East Molesey, run with The Royal Parks' Shire horses as a Christmas-season activity. It is an outing for visitors who want to see the park from a different angle.
Each booking covers one carriage ride around Bushy Park, pulled by Shire horses from The Royal Parks. Participants meet at the Pheasantry car park, which serves as the starting point for the outing.
Part of the proceeds from the rides goes towards conservation initiatives in the park, so the activity directly supports the upkeep of the parkland it travels through.
The activity suits visitors who would like to explore the park in a traditional way during the festive period, and those who enjoy seeing a royal park from a carriage rather than on foot.
