Dogshow - Matinee Show

A matinee performance by Dogshow, an electronic act, at The Hug and Pint in Glasgow, a venue that hosts concerts and shows in the city.

Dogshow is an electronic act, and this matinee show is a daytime performance at The Hug and Pint, a Glasgow venue that hosts concerts and shows in the city. The show forms part of the venue's programme of live performances.

Electronic music is a broad genre built on synthesisers, drum machines and programmed rhythms, with roots in mid-twentieth-century studio experiments and later in dance-club culture. Production and rhythm are central to the style, so a live electronic performance often differs noticeably from a studio recording.

The matinee timing suits anyone who prefers to hear electronic music during the day, at a venue whose programme is concerts and shows. For a first encounter with the act, the matinee offers a straightforward way to hear Dogshow in a single daytime performance.
