KOKO Electronic: Marco Carola (Night 2)

A club night in London built around Italian techno DJ and producer Marco Carola, staged at KOKO as the second of several dates on this visit.

Marco Carola is an Italian techno composer and DJ, born in Naples in 1975, who has been active on the electronic music scene since 1990. The night is a DJ set in the electronic genre, so the performance rests on Carola's mixing of techno tracks rather than on a band or a fixed line-up.

The event is the second of several dates in London under the KOKO Electronic banner, and it places a Naples-born techno figure with more than three decades of activity in a London club setting. The programme for this night is built around the electronic music Carola plays as a DJ.

KOKO hosts concerts and shows in London. For listeners who follow Italian techno or who want to hear a long-established DJ in a London venue, the night offers a focused electronic set rather than a mixed bill of performers.
