The Haunted Youth: Boys Cry Too Tour

The Haunted Youth bring their indie rock sound to Stereo in Glasgow, touring the release of their second album, Boys Cry Too.

The Haunted Youth is the Belgian indie rock project centred on Joachim Liebens, which emerged as a dream pop phenomenon following the release of the debut single Teen Rebel. Their first full-length release, Dawn of the Freak, received critical acclaim across Europe, earning international airplay and leading to performances at major festivals including Rock Werchter, Pukkelpop, Lowlands, Sziget and Iceland Airwaves.

The second album, Boys Cry Too, features tracks ranging from the eight-minute opener in my head to the punk-infused crunch of forget me and the vulnerability of emo song and hurt. The lyrics explore themes of loss, despair, heartache, rage and hope.

Stereo hosts this concert in Glasgow, welcoming fans of the project's hazy indie textures and melancholic charm.
