Blood Red Shoes is a British group from Brighton, formed in 2004, that plays alternative rock and indie rock. The band signed to V2 Records, and its debut album, Box of Secrets, came out in 2008. The act is a duo: Laura-Mary Carter plays guitar and sings, while Steven Ansell plays drums and sings.
The band describes its new material as written, produced and mixed entirely by the two members. This London date belongs to a first full tour since its 20th anniversary shows in 2024, which takes in the UK and the EU. According to the band, the set draws on songs from all of its albums alongside the new music.
