Curbside Lambsear

Curbside Lambsear is a new project in concert at St Vincent's Chapel, Edinburgh, marking its first performance in Scotland. The act brings together two musicians from other groups and a debut release made up of samples and processed sounds.

Curbside Lambsear is a new project formed by Magdalena McLean, from Caroline, and Annabelle Mödlinger, from The Umlaut. Its debut release, 'Put Rings On All My Fingers To Weigh Down My Hands', came out on Scenic Route and was followed by a tour across the European Union. This Edinburgh date marks the act's first performance in Scotland.

The track 'Man The Door'layers samples and processing that rise and fall gently, anchored by a pop hook that stays with the listener after one hearing. The project's sound grows out of the members'earlier work with Caroline and The Umlaut.

The concert takes place at St Vincent's Chapel, a venue that hosts concerts and shows in Edinburgh. The performance is seated, in pews.
