Digable Planets

Digable Planets, the American rap group, play a concert at Blue Note London, a venue hosting concerts and shows in the capital.

Digable Planets is an American rap group formed in New York, associated with a jazz rap style. The group released its material on the Blue Note label, and its debut album, "Reachin’(A New Refutation of Time and Space)", came out in 1993. Its jazz-influenced approach to rap, combining sampled jazz textures with spoken and sung vocals, is the reference point for the group's music.

The context for this evening does not list the line-up on stage or the repertoire of the set, so no particular songs or members can be named here. The concert takes place at Blue Note London, a venue in the capital that hosts concerts and shows, which fits the jazz tradition linked to the group's label.

The evening suits listeners interested in jazz rap from the early 1990s and fans of the group's debut record, as well as anyone exploring the crossover between hip hop and jazz on a London visit.
