Overview
A London concert at Windmill Brixton bringing together Gegenpress, Kunubu and Lots Of, three acts working in noise rock, angular guitar music and post-doom.
Gegenpress is a noise rock act whose sound adds classical strings to its guitar-driven core. Kunubu, from southeast London, plays snarling post-doom, while Lots Of makes tense, angular guitar music. Together the three acts sit within hard rock and metal, each offering a different take on heavy guitar playing.
The bill brings the three groups together at Windmill Brixton, a London venue that hosts concerts and shows. For listeners who follow heavy guitar bands, the bill offers a range of approaches, from strings-laced noise rock to post-doom. The three groups share the bill, which pairs contrasting approaches to heavy guitar playing.
