Hip Hop

A rap and hip-hop night listed under the title Hip Hop, held at Egg LDN in London, with the event presented as covering hip-hop, R&B, grime and rap.

The listing is a genre-based night rather than a presentation of a single act, so no particular artist, band or line-up is named here. The event is grouped under hip-hop, R&B, grime and rap, which places it within the London scene around these styles, where grime developed from UK garage and rap, and hip-hop and R&B share a long common lineage in American black music. Because no headline performer is identified, the programme of the evening, the number of acts and their repertoire are not known from this information.

Egg LDN is a London venue that hosts concerts and shows. The night is most relevant to those who follow UK rap and grime and want to hear several styles in one evening. Anyone interested in a specific artist should check the full line-up on the event page before deciding.

The listing is advertised as free to attend, which is shown with the ticketing details on the page.
