Intimate live music at the outhouse gallery

A small evening of live music at the outhouse gallery in Brunswick Park, Camberwell, featuring the singer-songwriter Charlie Franklin and the London-based composer Hannah Archambault. The night is presented as an intimate concert in a gallery setting.

Charlie Franklin's songs are described as blending Romantic blues and folk, with a voice that moves between fragility and power and a fingerstyle guitar accompaniment. The material places the music in the tradition of Laura Marling and Nick Drake, and frames the songs as personal confessions about love and the self.

Hannah Archambault is presented as a French-Polish artist, composer and performer based in London. Their work, as described, uses organ drones, voice and field recordings, asking the listener for attentive, inward listening, with sustained organ notes and experimental vocal use. The material also links the ambient pieces to cinematic soundtracks, female laments and flamenco singing.

The outhouse gallery is described as a small, independent, artist-run creative space in Brunswick Park, Camberwell. The evening is billed as a relaxed night of live music, and the source suggests warm clothing for the event.
