Jgrrey

An electronic night by JGrrey, a performing artist from the United Kingdom, at YES in Manchester, held in the venue's Pink Room.

JGrrey is a performing artist from the United Kingdom, working within the music scene of R'n'B, soul, funk, gospel and reggae. Those influences sit at the root of the artist's musical identity, and this evening presents the act in an electronic setting, so the programme centres on electronic music.

The night takes place in the Pink Room at YES, a Manchester venue that hosts concerts and shows. Because the room is part of a venue with a regular programme of live music and performance, it suits audiences who follow electronic and urban music in the city and want to hear an artist whose work draws on soul, funk and gospel.

Anyone already familiar with R'n'B, soul or reggae will recognise the lineage behind the artist's sound, while listeners coming to electronic music will find the evening framed around that genre. The event is a good fit for those who want a focused night of contemporary electronic music in Manchester.
