Kilimanjaro

Kilimanjaro is an electronic DJ with Zambian heritage and a Scottish upbringing, performing at Islington Assembly Hall in London. The evening is built around the act's DJ set, preceded by an opening act.

Kilimanjaro is a MOBO-nominated electronic artist with Zambian heritage and a Scottish upbringing. The career began with drumming in live bands, before the move into DJing. The breakout hit “No Bad Vibes” brought the act wider attention across the electronic scene, and the material describes it as widely streamed around the world.

Other landmarks include a standout Boiler Room set, which has reached a large online audience, and the Scottish Electronic Music Award. DJ sets have been played at Coachella and at circoloco in Ibiza, so the live material centres on DJ performance rather than a band line-up.

Islington Assembly Hall is a Grade II listed building that hosts concerts and shows in London. The venue's Support the Supports campaign celebrates up-and-coming artists, so arriving in time for the opening act is a way to hear new music before the headline DJ set.
