Overview
London Open Decks is a night of DJ-led music at Carbobar, a concert and performance venue at 130 Cadogan Terrace in London E9.
London Open Decks takes its name from the open-decks format, in which several DJs take turns at the decks over an evening rather than one act playing a fixed set. Nights of this kind suit anyone who wants to hear a range of selectors and to compare how different DJs build a sequence of tracks.
The evening takes place at Carbobar, a concert and performance venue at 130 Cadogan Terrace in London E9. Because the format relies on whoever steps up to the decks, the character of each night depends on the DJs who play it, and the music is shaped by them rather than by a single headline act.
