Overview
Movements is an American post-hardcore, emo and alternative rock band formed in 2015 in California. After a single show, the group signed to Fearless Records, and it released the EP "Outgrown Things" before its album "Feel Something", which charted on the Billboard 200 in 2017.
The band's sound draws on the emotive melodies and dense guitar textures associated with emo and post-hardcore, combined with alternative rock songwriting. Fans of those scenes will recognise the blend of heavy riffs and sung, personal lyrics that runs through its recorded catalogue.
Electric Brixton is a concert venue in south London, hosting concerts and shows throughout the year. The night suits listeners who follow the post-hardcore and emo scene and want to hear the band's records performed live in the capital.
