Portugal. The Man

Portugal. The Man, the American rock band, performs at the O2 Forum Kentish Town in London. The concert is part of the pop, rock and indie listings on TicketMundi.

Portugal. The Man is an American rock band formed in Wasilla, Alaska, and active since 2004. The group works across pop and indie rock, and the band's first album, Waiter: "You Vultures!", was released in 2006 on Equal Vision Records. Their records have moved between guitar-led rock and more polished pop arrangements, which is the balance listeners tend to associate with the band.

The O2 Forum Kentish Town is a London venue that hosts concerts and shows throughout the year. For a band with a catalogue spanning almost two decades, a live set normally draws on several albums rather than one release, so the evening suits listeners who know the band's wider work as well as those coming to it for the first time. The usual line-up and the exact repertoire for this visit are not confirmed here.

The concert is listed among the rock and indie events in London, and the evening is aimed at fans of guitar-based bands with a pop sensibility.
