Pure Represents Showcase

A live showcase at Light House in Soho, presenting Mychelle and Nadia Kadek in an evening of electronic music. Both artists are British, with Mychelle rooted in Stoke Newington.

Pure Represents Showcase brings Mychelle and Nadia Kadek together for a night of live electronic music at Light House, a venue in Soho that hosts concerts and shows in London.

Mychelle grew up in Stoke Newington as the middle of three sisters. They picked up the guitar at ten but did not fully commit to it until seventeen, after forming a first girl group. Shyness was overcome through busking across London, which shaped their sound. FAMM, the company that is home to Jorja Smith, discovered Mychelle at London Bridge. Soulful vocals and heartfelt lyrics sit at the core of their music.

Nadia Kadek is a British-Indonesian artist, aged 22, whose raw acoustic tones are paired with a rich voice to create emotional depth. Songs are built on a vulnerable honesty, exploring sensitive truths in the hope that listeners feel understood.
