Swimming Lessons

An electronic concert by Swimming Lessons at The Jago, a London venue that hosts concerts and shows, presenting this project's music as a live performance.

Swimming Lessons is an electronic act performing live in London under its own name. Electronic music is generally built from synthesised sounds, drum machines and sequenced production, although each project shapes these elements in its own way. Its sound sits within the wider electronic tradition, which grew from dance music studios and club nights.

The Jago hosts concerts and shows in London, and this electronic concert takes place there as part of its live music programme. The evening is aimed at listeners who follow electronic music and want to hear this project performed on stage.

In electronic concerts, the performer shapes sound and rhythm in real time, so the live experience centres on how the project arranges those elements for the audience.
