Overview
The Australian Pink Floyd Show brings its faithful tribute to the legendary British rock group to Glasgow.
Formed in Adelaide in 1988, The Australian Pink Floyd Show, also known as Aussie Floyd, is a cover band dedicated to performing the music of Pink Floyd. Over decades of activity, the ensemble has built a repertoire focusing on the catalogue of the original British band, replicating the musical arrangements and sonic textures of records such as The Dark Side of the Moon, The Wall, and Wish You Were Here.
On stage, the concert recreates the visual elements associated with Pink Floyd tours, incorporating lasers, inflatable structures, and a large circular screen displaying synchronized projections. This performance is intended for listeners interested in hearing the classic rock compositions performed live with attention to detail.
The event takes place at the OVO Hydro, a venue that hosts large-scale concerts and entertainment productions in Glasgow.
