Overview
A London concert by The Bausa, a Norwegian band from Bærum combining russemusikk, house and pop, presented at 26 Leake Street, a venue that hosts concerts and shows.
The Bausa is a Norwegian band from Bærum, active since 2021, drawing on russemusikk, house and pop. Its first album, Ung & dum, was released in 2024 on Sony Music. The source material describes the group as a trio whose sound it calls Scandi House, combining Scandinavian melodies, electronic energy and live musicianship.
On stage, the act blends DJ performance with a live band, aiming for high-energy sets. According to the material, the song Magnetic had a viral success, and the group has played pop-up shows in several European cities as well as New York and Los Angeles. This London date is part of the band's first European headline tour.
The venue, 26 Leake Street, hosts concerts and shows in London, so the evening suits listeners interested in the band's dance-oriented sound performed live.
