Overview
A Glasgow concert by The Chats, the Australian punk rock band from the Sunshine Coast, at Barrowland Ballroom. The text outlines the band's background and the venue hosting the night.
The Chats are an Australian punk rock band from the Sunshine Coast, formed in 2016. Their debut studio album, High Risk Behaviour, was released in 2020, and their music is classed as pop, rock and indie, so the band's punk roots sit alongside those wider influences.
The show takes place at Barrowland Ballroom, a concert and performance venue on the Gallowgate in Glasgow. It is a venue built for live music and performance, which suits a touring band playing its songs to an audience in person.
The night suits listeners who follow punk rock with pop and indie leanings, and anyone already familiar with High Risk Behaviour who wants to hear the band's songs performed live in Glasgow.
