Trivium

A concert bill at Alexandra Palace in London featuring the American metal band Trivium and the Swedish band In Flames, with Swiss deathcore band Paleface Swiss and Danish progressive metal band Vola also on the bill.

Trivium is an American heavy metal band from Orlando, formed in 2000, drawing on thrash and progressive metal. Signed to Roadrunner Records, the band released its first album, Ember to Inferno, in 2003. In Flames is a Swedish band formed in Gothenburg in 1990, playing alternative metal and melodic death metal. Signed to Nuclear Blast, it released its first album, Lunar Strain, in 1994.

Paleface Swiss is a Swiss deathcore band, and Vola is a Danish progressive metal group, so the bill spans several strands of heavy music. The programme for this evening is shaped by these four acts, and the running order and set lengths are not described here.

Alexandra Palace is a concert venue within the Alexandra Palace complex in north London, and the night suits listeners who follow metal across its thrash, melodic death and progressive branches.
