Trixie Whitley

Trixie Whitley is a Belgian alternative rock and rock singer, performing live in London at The Grace. This page covers the concert and the artist's background.

Trixie Whitley is a Belgian singer born in Ghent in 1987. Coming from a family of musicians, Trixie is the daughter of the singer and guitarist Chris Whitley, and the parentage places the music within a rock and blues tradition. The debut album, "The Engine", was released in 2010 and established the alternative rock and rock direction that characterises the act's recordings.

The concert is listed under pop, rock and indie, and it is presented as a solo appearance by the singer. The line-up and the repertoire for this date are not stated on the listing, so the material to be played is best confirmed directly with the organisers before the night.

The Grace is a London venue that hosts concerts and shows. The night suits listeners who follow alternative rock and rock singer-songwriters, and anyone curious about a Belgian artist working in the English-speaking rock tradition.
