[Vinyl Only] Open Decks with Mark Shadow

A vinyl-only electronic night at The Greyhound in London, built around open decks with Mark Shadow. Only records are played, so the evening is centred on the physical format.

This electronic night is built around vinyl, as the title specifies: only records are played, on open decks. Mark Shadow is the artist named for the evening. The Greyhound is a London venue that hosts concerts and shows, so the night sits within its live programme.

Open decks sessions give the turntables to several players in turn, so the evening is shaped by the records each DJ brings rather than by a single headline set. Those attending can expect vinyl throughout, which suits listeners interested in the physical format and in electronic music played from records. The format also suits fans of vinyl-based DJing who want to hear records played in a live setting.
