Warhaus

Warhaus is the solo project of Belgian singer-songwriter and producer Maarten Devoldere, presented here as a pop, rock and indie concert in London at the Electric Ballroom.

Warhaus is the solo project of a Belgian singer-songwriter and producer born in 1988. The project was launched in 2015, after the same musician had begun in 2010 with the band Balthazar. Warhaus sits within this songwriter's career as a separate body of work, distinct from the earlier band.

The act's music falls within pop, rock and indie, as listed for this concert. The context gives no details of the usual line-up on stage, nor of the repertoire played live, so nothing further can be said with certainty about how the concert is staged.

The Electric Ballroom hosts concerts and shows in London, and this date is one of its music listings. The evening suits listeners who follow Belgian songwriting and indie-rock projects built around a single creative figure. Those who know the earlier Balthazar records will find a clear point of comparison with the solo work.
