Worldwide

An electronic music act performing at The Orange Room in London, with an overview of the genre and of the venue hosting the evening.

Worldwide is an electronic act booked at The Orange Room, a London venue that hosts concerts and shows. Electronic music is a broad family of styles built on synthesisers, drum machines and computer-based production, where rhythm and sound texture are often shaped through sequencing and sampling rather than conventional band instruments. Its lineage runs from early experiments with machines to club and studio-based forms, which is why the genre covers so many distinct sounds.

Listeners drawn to electronic music tend to value pulsing rhythms, layered textures and long instrumental passages. The Orange Room, a London venue for concerts and shows, suits anyone who wants to hear electronic music performed live in the capital.
