Présentation

Marjolein Robertson at The Bill Murray

You encounter a magical fae being - what do you do?

A) Introduce yourself

B) Accept their ale

C) Show it your cool knife

If you did any of the above you have chosen poorly and are maybe also now dead.

To do better, survive and laugh, come to Shetland comedian Marjolein's newest show about magical creatures and folktales. Expect an hour of what Marjolein does best, weaving stand up and folklore together in an hour of magic, jokes and hidden meanings.

Marjolein was a finalist in Channel 4’s Sean Lock Comedy Award and BBC New Comedy Awards, and she was shortlisted for the prestigious Sir Billy Connolly Spirit of Glasgow Award.

‘Impish and upbeat, able to mine an everyday observation to almost absurdist lengths’★★★★★ (List)

‘A consummate storyteller with more than a hint of weird’★★★★ (Skinny)

‘Another hypnotic, lyrical piece of work, and as funny as ever’(LMAOnaise)
