About — The artist
The Apostles were a British experimental punk rock band that emerged from the anarcho-punk scene in the United Kingdom in the 1980s. Although they were part of that movement, they did not always adhere to its aesthetic and took a critical stance towards what they saw as its ideological conformity and, in particular, its pacifism.
