About — The artist
L.A. Guns is an American rock and heavy metal band, from Los Angeles, California. Several members of Guns N' Roses were once part of L.A. Guns. The band's first incarnation included Tracii Guns in 1983, who would merge with Hollywood Rose to form Guns N' Roses in 1984. In 1985, the band was reformed by Guns and singer Paul Black, who recruited Mick Cripps and Nickey Alexander. Black was later replaced by Phil Lewis, singer of the band Girl.
To date, L.A. Guns has released a total of twelve studio albums and three EPs, as well as several live albums and compilations.
