Moyka

Monika Engeseth (born 16 May 1997), also known as Moyka, is a Norwegian singer and songwriter from Hallingdal, Norway.

She has described herself as a "Norwegian Pop Witch". Her pop music has a distinctive style of its own, while being influenced by Norwegian artists such as Aurora and Sigrid, as well as the bands Highasakite and Röyksopp. She says that developing her own "mystical universe", as other artists such as Lorde or Lykke Li do in her own words, is something she still focuses on.

She began releasing songs in 2019 under the European label Made Records. In 2021, she signed with SNAFU Records, based in Stockholm and Los Angeles.
