About — The artist
Joe Powers (born 1997) is a Scottish electronic artist and DJ who performs under the name Proc Fiskal. He is known for an experimental style that blends electronic music, grime and Gaelic folk. After several years of publishing tracks on SoundCloud, he signed to the label Hyperdub, before releasing the EP The Highland Mob (2017) and then his first album, Insula (2018).
