About — The artist
The Mission [ðə ˈmɪʃ(ə)n] is a British rock 'n' roll band, from Leeds, England. They were formed in 1986 by Wayne Hussey and Craig Adams, two former members of The Sisters of Mercy. They had to change their name to The Mission UK in order to tour the United States, where another band already went by that name.
