« Boat To Bolivia » è stato il primo album di Martin Stephenson & The Daintees. Dopo le apparizioni nel programma « The Tube » di Channel 4 e in « Whistle Test » di BBC2, l'album è poi diventato uno dei dischi essenziali del 1986.
Nel 1988 è uscito il secondo album di Martin Stephenson & The Daintees, « Gladsome, Humour & Blue », che comprendeva i singoli « There Comes A Time » e « Wholly Humble Heart ».
