Venetian Secrets 3 portate Corso di Cucina e Prosecco Illimitato

A cookery class in Venice where you make fresh pasta by hand and cook three courses, with free-flowing Prosecco and traditional Venetian recipes to take home.

The class is led by a local chef and is a hands-on workshop: participants don't watch from the table but roll out, mix and prepare their own dish. It starts with fresh pasta, made by hand from scratch, which is served with a sauce and accompanied by a seasonal starter.

The menu has three courses: the fresh pasta, a seasonal starter and tiramisù for dessert. Prosecco flows freely throughout the session. The recipes are those of the Venetian tradition, handed down over time, and the techniques learnt are designed to be repeated at home, so that participants take home skills and recipes they can recreate.

The class is aimed at people visiting Venice who would rather cook than simply eat out, as well as anyone who wants to learn how to prepare Italian food in their own kitchen.
