A cookery class in Venice led by chef Carolyn in her home overlooking Campo Santa Margherita, devoted to hand-made fresh pasta and the dishes of Venetian tradition.

The class takes place in chef Carolyn's home kitchen, on the square of Campo Santa Margherita. Carolyn is American, has lived in Italy for over twenty years and is married to a Venetian; her Venetian cooking has earned her several awards. During the class, participants make fresh pasta by hand with her, in the traditional Italian way, and learn how the dishes of Venetian tradition are prepared.

The experience begins with a glass of Venetian wine, served at her home, before moving on to the stove. The resulting meal consists of a main course, a dessert, Venetian wine and coffee, and is enjoyed together at the end of the class.

The class is aimed at anyone who loves food and wants to get to know Venetian cooking up close, whether they are simply curious or just passing through the city. The meeting point is the chef's home, overlooking Campo Santa Margherita.
