During the class you learn to roll out pasta dough by hand and to make two different types of pasta from scratch, working alongside the other participants.

The preparations also include tiramisù, one of the most popular desserts in the Italian tradition. The programme also features an Italian aperitivo with wine and cicchetti, a chance to linger and chat after the time in the kitchen.
