Storytelling and actor-led theatre
Company MANIFATTURE TEATRALI MILANESI
By Susanna Baccari and Debora Virello. Text and direction by Debora Virello
With Jasmine Monti
On stage, an actress and a puppet tell the story of Bianca, so named because of the snow that fell from the sky on the day she was born. Bianca grows up happily amid all that snow: she plays, builds snowmen, skates on the ice. But one day she notices that the flakes cover everything and the landscape is white and silent, people have stopped going out and even stopped talking because of the bitter cold. The story of a very small girl who set out to free the sun from the ice and the darkness... A simple yet profound fairy tale, rich in meaning.
Teatro Piccolissimo... and more, curated by Nicoletta Cardone Johnson
