Accessibility
Last updated: October 17, 2026
We want everyone, including people with disabilities, to be able to find an event on TicketMundi and reach the ticket seller's website.
Our standard
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. We are reviewing our page templates against these guidelines and fixing the issues we find, starting with text alternatives for images, color contrast, keyboard navigation and the names of buttons and links.
Known limitations
- Third-party content: embedded players (YouTube, Spotify, Deezer) and the websites of ticket sellers are run by other companies, and their accessibility is outside our control.
- Event images: posters come from organizers and ticket sellers; their text alternative names the event, but may not describe the whole image.
Report a barrier
If something on the site is hard or impossible for you to use, please tell us at contact@ticketmundi.com (subject: "Accessibility"), with the address of the page and a short description of the problem. We reply within 5 business days and, if we cannot fix the problem right away, we will help you get the information you need another way.
You can also reach us through our contact page.
